Jameson gift promotional activity in 7 cities of Russia

Jameson is a traditional Irish whiskey brand. It is made in Dublin, Ireland at the Sadr Ogre distillery. Each year, more than 56.4 million bottles are sold worldwide. This brand shares approximately 80% of the entire Irish whiskey market in Russia.

Objective: to conduct a promotion activity dedicated to St. Patrick's Day for the Jameson whiskey brand in 7 cities of Russia at the same time.

We selected and trained staff to work in 7 cities in different time zones

The promotion activity took place simultaneously in 20 bars on April 15th -16th. The project covered most of Russia: our teams congratulated residents in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk and Kazan on St. Patrick's Day. We provided with 7 staff teams - one in each city.

We coordinated the project remotely

We were engaged in gift logistics and supervised the staff work on the spots - each team consisted of two female promotion models, one guy-promoter and a supervisor who solved technical issues on the site. The staff in the branded promotional uniform talked with the visitors of the bars, offered to go through a thematic quiz, take part in games and spin the wheel of fortune with the opportunity to win one of Jameson's prizes. Also, the promotional staff treated guests to whiskey, offered to buy a drink and took pictures with everyone.
