PR-manager

Key responsibilities:

  • develop and implement a PR strategy for customer promotion;
  • communication with clients regarding PR promotion;
  • dealing with mass media: generate ideas for publications in the press, communication with editors, initiate publications, control of material release and etc.;
  • write and edit texts for the press: press releases, expert columns, articles, comments, and etc.;
  •  develop and manage events, draw up a program, coordinate preparation at all stages and etc.;
  • provide with information support of events (announce, invite journalists, organize publications as the outcome);
  • develop and implement  creative concepts for customer promotion;
  • prepare analytical reports for specific tasks and projects.

  • 2+ years of experience in PR;
  • literacy, accuracy, experience in working with texts;

BTL project-manager

Requirements:

  • mandatory work experience in BTL in the position of an HR Manager or a Project Coordinator;
  • strong organizational skills;
  • knowledge of peculiarities of the mass recruitment and shortlisting of personnel for projects ;
  • experience in conducting several large projects simultaneously;
  • communicative skills, friendliness and stress resistance;
  • interest and desire to work with people;
  • PC skills, confident  PowerPoint, Excel and Word user;
  • a proven staff base is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • management and control of company projects;
  • recruit promotion staff;
  • conduct staff training (briefings, auditions, photo castings, etc.) before launching a project;
  • monitor the work of personnel in the fields;
  • create and maintain the promotional staff database of the company.

BTL account-manager

Responsibilities:

  • selling company services via warm and hot calling (no cold calls);
  • processing customer requests, making deals by phone;
  • formation of selling commercial offers, presentations and letters;
  • holding meetings and negotiations with potential clients;
  • project management, direct contact with client’s representatives;
  • fulfilling sales plans set by management;
  • managing your own customer data in CRM;
  • calculating advertising campaign efficiency. Finding customized solutions;
  • contract management from signing a contract till payment execution.

Requirements:

  • positive experience in conducting negotiations and signing big contracts;
  • phone sales skills;
  • quick mind, acumen, persistence, good orator skills;
  • ability to take responsibility, including final results;
  • energetic, creative, communicable;
  • stress-resistant, result-oriented;
  • a team player who is eager to learn and self-improve;
  • ability to energize yourself and people around;
  • presentable appearance;
  • strong computer skills, including Office.
